Chris founded Rivers Church in 2008 as a plant out of Granbury Baptist Church.
Chris and his wife Kelly where married in 1993. They both attended Abilene Christian University in Abilene, TX. Chris has served both bi-vocational and vocational ministry. Chris worked in the Abilene Independent School District as well as a Head Start teacher and school administrator in the North Texas area. With over 20 years in ministry, Chris has worked at Trinity Baptist in Abilene, TX; Calvary Baptist in Taylorville, IL and Granbury Baptist in Granbury, TX. Chris and Kelly Kitts have 2 daughters, Kelci and Kadi.
